By purchasing this ticket, the buyer and ticket holder accepts the following terms of the organiser:

Tickets

  1. Buying tickets for resale is prohibited. Tickets are issued electronically and sent by email as a PDF. The holder of the electronic QR code is entitled to exchange it for a wristband for the concert grounds. The exchange takes place at the festival box office. Entry to the concert grounds is only permitted with a wristband. The organiser is not liable for emails or PDFs with QR codes that were stolen.
  2. Tickets are only taken back if the event is cancelled. Only the face value is refunded. Refunds can only be claimed until the date of the concert.
  3. Contractual relationships arise exclusively between the buyer and holder of the ticket and the organiser.

Travel and parking

Please follow the instructions of the stewards when parking and use public transport if possible. Ticket holders park at their own risk.

Minors

Young people under 16 are only admitted when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Young people aged 16 and over are admitted until midnight without a written declaration of consent signed by a parent or guardian.

Prohibited on the entire festival grounds

  • Glass containers/bottles
  • Alcohol you bring yourself
  • Clothing, flags etc. with clearly National Socialist content or band prints
  • Pyrotechnics and torches
  • Weapons (including potentially dangerous tools such as axes or chainsaws, and sports equipment such as baseball or hockey bats)
  • Animals in the concert area (please think of the extreme stress your pet would suffer from the crowds and the sometimes extreme volume). Outside the concert area, dogs on a leash are allowed.
  • Professional photo, film and video equipment, as well as drones and flying objects, without the organiser’s permission. Digital cameras for private pictures are allowed.
  • Selling or offering goods of any kind (including food and drink). Violations lead to expulsion from the festival grounds.

There is a security check at the entrance. Security staff are entitled to search visitors.

Alcoholic drinks NOT served by the organiser on the festival grounds are prohibited. The festival grounds include the car park, the beer garden, the entire infield (stage area) and the adjacent area. The organiser reserves the right to confiscate alcoholic drinks brought by visitors, especially spirits and/or glass bottles, and to expel repeat offenders from the festival grounds.

Entry and programme

  1. The right to refuse entry for good cause (with a refund of the ticket’s face value) is reserved.
  2. Concert volume can damage hearing and health. Free earplugs are available at the box office.
  3. The organisers reserve the right to move the event to another place and/or date and to change the programme without notice.
  4. The organisers have no influence on the form and content and only limited influence on the length of the individual performances.
  5. The organiser reserves the right to expel visitors found in restricted areas without authorisation from the entire festival grounds. There is no refund of the entry fee.

Liability

  1. Claims for damages arising from breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo and tort are excluded unless the organisers, their legal representatives or agents acted intentionally or with gross negligence. Claims for damages due to impossibility of performance and delay are limited to foreseeable damage in cases of slight negligence.
  2. The organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
  3. The organiser is not liable for personal injury or damage to property.

Photos and recordings

By entering the festival grounds, guests agree that photos and audio/video recordings may be made of them and published later, including on social media.

Do not agree?
